Technology can never replace the value of having someone on-site at your business to lend a hand. Office hours allow our System Administrators and Help Desk Technicians to check in with individual users and devices, resolve any open issues, and start new projects.


Telephone and Email Support

Questions and issues may come up while out of the office, traveling, or otherwise outside of business hours. We provide unmetered telephone & email support for just such occasions and can utilize remote access capabilities to solve any issue, no matter the distance.


Emergency!

MONTHLY SERVICE

74bit, Inc.'s principal service includes everything your user base needs. The service is designed to provide a complete IT department for your business.

$135/user/month ($2700/month minimum)

Fine Print: 74bit, Inc. clients subscribing to monthly service are billed at the first of every month with payment due within 30 days of invoice date. The amount due is $125 multiplied by the number of users within an organization that 74bit, Inc. is supporting. The minimum monthly service price of $2700/month is applicable to all organizations, even if you are under 20 users. All agreements are month to month and may be cancelled at anytime provided 30-days advance notice is given.
